The Waltham Boys & Girls Club is hosting our 24th Annual Gala at the Waltham Westin Hotel on Friday, May 16, 2014, and we need your help us make it a success!
For 75 years, Waltham Boys & Girls Club has motivated our members to choose positive behaviors, to respect themselves and others, and, to care for the Club and the world beyond. Our mission has been and will continue to be ensuring that young people always have a safe and inviting place to learn and grow under the guidance of talented and caring staff, all while remaining affordable and accessible.
We currently offer structured programs to over 2000 youth at our 20 Exchange St location and in our Summer program. The club is open Monday through Saturday, and we also provide in-town elementary after-school transportation. We provide free recreational games, a technology center, instructional cooking, music recording studio, leadership and community service opportunities, abstinence-based programs and tutorial assistance.
I hope you will join us in helping keep Waltham Boys & Girls Club strong and vibrant for both kids today as well as the next generation of children in our town. I invite you to join our growing family of supporters by becoming a contributor to the Gala in our historic 75th year.
